UROn IS COMMITTED TO PROTECTING AND RESPECTING YOUR PRIVACY

Welcome to UROn (“UROn,” “we,” “us” or “our”). UROn provides a fast, safe, and fun way for you to create challenges through our social-challenge platform. Just pick an opponent, select a virtual asset to wager, choose a challenge, add photos (if you like) and share!

Introduction

This Privacy Policy (together with the User Agreement and any other documents referred to in it) explains how we use the information we collect about you, your rights under applicable data protection legislation and the procedures we have in place to safeguard your information.
Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it.

Information we may collect about you

UROn’s records may include all or some of the following information about you (although this is not an exhaustive list):
your name, gender, address, email address, telephone number, payment card details, date of birth, etc.;
details of your correspondence with UROn and any other information you have given to us;
details of your transactions and other activities carried out on our websites. This includes, but is not limited to, information provided at the time of registering to use our websites, posting material, placing bets, discussing and corresponding with other users, requesting information from us or reporting problems with our websites;
details of your visits to our websites including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, web logs, page views, ad data and other similar data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise; and
additional information, such as details of your driver’s license, credit card statement, utility bill or similar if required for authentication purposes or if we believe that you are violating our policies in any way.
All information will be kept securely by UROn. Other than as described in the “How we may use information about you”, “Credit checking” and “Disclosure of your information” sections below, no information will be disclosed outside of UROn (or any future purchaser of our business) except for information that must be provided in the course of business, such as for billing purposes or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. UROn strives to work with business partners and vendors that maintain similar standards of data privacy to UROn.

Refer a friend

Upon signing up to UROn we will provide you with the ability to invite friends to sign up to our services. By doing so you confirm that your friend has agreed that you can provide his or her details to us and that such details will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you invite a friend to join UROn then we will send an email to your friend using your name on your behalf. We will not send any further emails to your friends if they do not sign up and we will delete their information if they request us to do so.

How we may use information about you

UROn may use information held about you in the following ways (although this is not an exhaustive list):
to help us identify you and any accounts you hold with us;
to provide you with our products and services and to allow you to participate in the interactive features of our websites, services and Games, when you choose to do so;
to make our websites and Games easier to use by removing the need for you to enter repeatedly the same information;
to enable us and our third party service providers to carry out UROn’s business operations including, but not limited to, payment processing, affiliate and rewards programs, credit scoring and credit checking, customer support and fraud prevention and detection;
to operate and improve our websites and services and to notify you of any changes to our websites or our products and services which may affect you;
to perform research and analysis aimed at improving our products and services;
to enable us and our selected partners to offer you products and services customized to your preferences; and
(with your permission) to enable us and our selected partners to send you promotional offers relating to our products and services and those of our selected partners.

Marketing and opting out

You can stop the delivery of promotional emails, postal mail and other types of promotional communications from UROn or its selected partners by:
following the specific instructions in any email that you receive; or
updating your profile to show that you do not wish to receive promotional emails; or
contacting us via the contact details set out below and asking to be removed from our marketing lists.
Please note these options do not apply to the display of online advertising.

Monitoring and use of cookies

UROn may monitor and record its communications with you (such as telephone conversations and emails) for the purposes of quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance.
When you use UROn’s websites, we may collect information about your computer, such as your IP address and/or browser, which we will use for administration purposes and statistical analysis. This information will not usually identify you personally.
UROn may also obtain information about your use of its websites and the internet by using web beacons and by placing a ‘cookie’, which is a small file, on your computer’s hard disk. We use two types of cookies:
Functionality Cookies – these cookies recognize you whenever you visit our websites and remember your user preferences. They also speed up access to our websites (so you do not have to log on each time).
Advertising Cookies – these cookies are used to build a profile about you so that our marketing and advertising campaigns are more relevant to you.
Many web browsers automatically accept cookies, others may not. However, you can change your browser settings to either accept or reject cookies, according to your preference. If you do not accept cookies, you may lose some of the functionality of our websites. Please note that our advertisers and other partners may also use cookies, over which we have no control.

Credit checking

To enable UROn to make credit decisions about you and for fraud prevention and money laundering purposes, we may search the files of credit reference and fraud prevention agencies (who will record the search). We may disclose information about your account to such agencies and your information may be linked to records relating to other people living at the same address with whom you are financially linked. Other credit providers may use this information to make credit decisions about you and the people with whom you are financially associated, as well as for fraud prevention, debtor tracing and money laundering purposes. If you provide false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.

Data security

UROn will take appropriate security measures against unlawful or unauthorized processing of your information, and against the accidental loss of, or damage to, your information. Our objective is to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information as follows:
Confidentiality – only authorised people can access the information.
Integrity – information should be accurate and suitable for the purpose for which it is processed.
Availability – authorised users should be able to access the data if they need it for authorized purposes.
Where UROn has given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
The UROn websites contain privacy settings which give you control over the extent to which other users are able to view your information (such as your profile and your betting outcome choices). For reasons of security, we encourage you to regularly check your privacy settings to ensure that your information is displayed appropriately.
Whilst UROn will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your information, you acknowledge that the use of the internet or the storage of information can never be entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any information held by us.

Disclosure of your information

UROn may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.
UROn may disclose your personal information to sporting, gambling or law enforcement authorities in order to assist them with their reasonable inquiries into suspected breaches of the law or threats to the integrity of their respective sports or games.
Except as otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy, UROn will only disclose your personal information to third parties:
to verify that you are legally able to use services or games on our site, as described in our User Agreement;
in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or
if we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets; or
if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our User Agreement and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of UROn, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your rights

On request, UROn will inform you whether it has stored any personal information about you, and, if so, what information. Any rights which you may have under applicable data protection and privacy laws are respected by UROn.

Third party websites

UROn’s websites may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partners’ networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal information to these websites.

Transfers of data out of North America

UROn is a global company providing products and services worldwide. Information collected by UROn may be stored and processed in any country where UROn carries out its operations. If it is necessary to transfer your personal data outside North America, we will ensure that your personal data is adequately protected in accordance with local law.

Changes to our privacy policy

UROn may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to be informed of how UROn is protecting your information. Continued use of our websites and services will signify that you agree to any such changes.

Additional Terms for Our iOS App

You acknowledge and agree that (i) these Terms are concluded between you and UROn only, and Apple is not a party hereto, and (ii) as between UROn and Apple, it is UROn that is responsible for the app and the content thereof. You must use the iOS app only on an Apple-branded product that runs iOS. Your use of the app must comply with the terms of use applicable to the Apple source from which you obtain it (including the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service). You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish you with any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.

You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have or any claims of any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including, but not limited to (i) product warranty or liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; or (iv) claims that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.

In the event of any failure of the iOS version of the app to conform to any applicable warranty that has not been effectively disclaimed by these Terms, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and, as between Apple and UROn, any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be UROn’s responsibility, but only to the extent provided by these Terms. Please read the entire Terms, as other sections of these Terms limit UROn’s liability in this regard.

Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of the Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof. There are no other third-party beneficiaries of the Terms.

Eligibility

You hereby represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these terms and to abide by and comply with these terms.

By entering a contest or challenge, you are representing and warranting that:

you are not listed on any Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
you will abide at all times by these Terms of Use and any other agreements between you and UROn regarding your use of the Service or participation in games; and
When entering any contest or challenge that awards prizes, you are not an employee or operator of UROn.
You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about contest-related or challenge information.

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements of this section, then you are not authorized to use the Service. UROn may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to participate according to this section prior to receiving a prize. This includes by requesting that you fill out an affidavit of eligibility. To the extent UROn requests that you fill out such an affidavit and you fail to do so within 5 days, or UROn otherwise determines that you do not meet the eligibility requirements of this section, in addition to any rights that UROn may have in law or equity, UROn reserves the right to terminate your account and withhold or revoke the awarding of any prizes associated with such account. In such a situation, UROn will pay out any withheld or revoked prizes to the other entrants in the relevant contest in a manner consistent with the prize structure of the contest, to be precisely determined by UROn in its sole discretion.

You may establish, maintain, use and control only one account per email address on the Service. In the event UROn determines that you have opened, maintained, used or controlled more than one account, in addition to any other rights that UROn may have, UROn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and terminate, withhold or revoke the awarding of any prizes.

UROn employees may use the Service for the purpose of testing the user experience, but may not qualify to win money or prizes. UROn consultants or promoters of the Service may play in contests without such limitation, but only if (i) their arrangement with UROn does not permit them to have any access to non-public Service data or any other data not made available to all players on the Service and (ii) they do not receive any other advantages in their play on the Service.

Employees or operators of other challenge sites that charge entry fees or offer cash prizes, and individuals who, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about game-related information may not enter any contests in which a real money prize is awarded. If such person enters a UROn contest that awards prizes, UROn will disqualify the entry, will not award a prize, and may report such person’s violation of this provision to the daily fantasy site for which the entrant is employed by, operates or affiliated with. Additionally, UROn may maintain information about the entrant sufficient to assist UROn in blocking the user from entering future UROn contests, unless and until UROn determines, in its sole discretion, that the entrant is no longer an employee or operator of another daily fantasy site or no longer has access to pre-release non-public confidential data about game-related information by virtue of affiliation with a daily fantasy site.

Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional prizes sent out by UROn to registered members of it’s user community are in no way associated with Apple, the Apple Brand, the iTunes App Store or iOS. UROn reserves the right, without limitation to determine if rewards will be made available and or sent to users who qualify for them (based on leaderboard and rewards board rules). All promotional items are only available to eligible registered users of the UROn challenge platform. UROn reserves the right under all circumstances to withhold, or retract promotional items without limitation. By registering accounts on the UROn platform, users agree to these terms and conditions, and the agreement they enter with respect to promotional prizes is entered with UROn only. Users cannot and will not seek Apple out under any terms if they have questions or issues with the UROn promotional rewards give away system and terms.
